Night in Hotel Eden
The suite was outstanding with plenty of room including a sofa, two large arm chairs a desk and desk chair. More than enough room for clothes and luggage. It was a modern hotel on a hill overlooking the old town. Being on the sixth floor the wrap around balcony had magnificent views over Mostar. The breakfast room was pleasant, but the range of food was limited. Evening meals were cooked to order and they were good. There was an indoor swimming pool, spa, exercise and massage rooms. There was plenty of parking and the hotel could be reached without driving through the city centre. The hotel was within a short steep walk of the famous Mostar Bridge and the Kajtaz House. The staff were super efficient in quickly organising a car to take us to Dubrovnik in Croatia when our planned transport unexpectedly failed to materialise.

The hotel is quite new and in good shape. It's located just above the old town and famous bridge, however with summer temperatures closing to 40 degrees, we choose to drive to town. The rooms are big and clean with all needed facilities. We met a nice Bosnian waiter, who was very chatty and quite a character - an asset to this hotel. But the biggest plus was its small but beautiful pool with a view over the city. The pool has a moving roof so it can be opened up if needed. And it looks and feels great. This is a good place to cool off overnight while traveling or stay for a few days to visit the city and its surroundings.

Lovely hotel and Spa staff. Recommend a visit to the spa area. Massage performed by certified physiotherapists. Hotel guests receives a 10-20% discount. The hotel is modern, clean and in a good location close to the old town ( the climb back to the hotel could be problem for people with walking difficulties). Also do not miss to order the domestic ( Turkish) coffee at the hotel. Far better than what I was served in the old town. Wi-Fi worked fine and the hotel provides free parking.

Position of hotel over the hill just near Serbian Orthodox church it s amazing, you can get balcony with awesome view over Mostar panorama. Room are medium size, comfy bed, air conditiong working good and bathroom it s really design. Breakfast it s good and tasty, Ustipci are especially great and Balkan small dessert. Price is great deal especially now when Mostar is getting busy. Reception staff is helpful and friendly

The receptionists were very polite and helpful.. They made us a free upgrade without asking them to keep our rooms close to each other a king suite and a single room.. They tried to make our stay as much comfortable as possible.. The room and the suite were comfortable spacious and clean. The restaurant served good food with good prices. The waiter in the restaurant was very kind and helpful.
